We collect names and contact details for the purposes of dealing directly with queries.

We collect personal information directly from you by means of a web form.

How Long we Keep Information

We keep your information on file for a maximum period of five years. After this time has elapsed, the data is deleted as per Queensbridge Estates’ policy, unless you have expressly stated otherwise.

How to Make a Complaint

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint directly to us using the contact details at the top of this policy document.
